Meet Mali

I’m Mali, a counselor-turned-coach who believes growth doesn’t have to feel heavy or clinical to be meaningful. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that movement and nature are powerful tools for clarity and change. Coaching allows me to work with people in a flexible, wellness-focused way that honors where you are andwhere you want to go.

My coaching style is:

Sessions may include reflection, values work, goal-setting, gentle accountability, somatic awareness, and movement-based or nature-based practices when appropriate.
